Below is an itinerary based on two nights accommodation. Trip extensions are available if you wish to prolong your stay at Trump Turnberry or attend the racing on Friday.

Friday 17th April 2026

- Arrive at the hotel at your leisure and check-in.

- If desired, you can add on a round of golf on either of the resort's golf courses, or spa treatments.

- Enjoy dinner in the 1906 Restaurant, hosted by Ruby Walsh.

- Remaining of evening at leisure.

Saturday 18th April 2026

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

- You'll be transferred from the hotel to Ayr Racecourse late morning.

- Enjoy a full days hospitality at the racecourse. 

- Following the racing you'll be transferred back to the hotel and have the evening at leisure.

Sunday 19th April 2026

- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

- You'll have today at leisure.

- You again may wish to add on a round of golf or spa treatment.

- Check out of the hotel.​

The festival kicks off on Ladies Day — a vibrant mix of top-class jumps racing, style and social buzz. Guests dress up in glamorous outfits, hats or fascinators for the chance to shine in the event’s Style Awards, while enjoying thrilling races and lively after-race entertainment.

Scottish Grand National Day

Saturday 18th April 2026

Saturday is the big day — with eight thrilling jumps races culminating in the legendary Scottish Grand National itself. Expect high-stakes competition, top-class horses, and an electric atmosphere, followed by live music and entertainment to round off the perfect day out.

Scottish Grand National Dress Code

Hospitality facilities operate a smart/casual dress code.  No jeans or trainers.

The Club Enclosure dress code is also smart/casual, although smart jeans and trainers are acceptable.   The Grandstand Enclosure has a more relaxed code, although strictly no football colours permitted.
