About the Irish Champions Festival
Irish Champions Festival is undoubtedly the shining triumph of Irish flat racing, combining sporting and social enjoyment like no other.
The 2024 event takes place over the weekend of the 14th & 15th of September across two racecourses.
On Saturday 14th September the Irish Champions Stakes Day is held at Leopardstown Racecourse and on Sunday 15th September the Comer Group International Irish St Leger Day is held at the Curragh.
Offering some of the best racing in the world, elegant fashion, off track entertainment and gourmet food & beverages, this unique atmosphere is electric and unforgettable, certainly a bucket list worthy event.
Saturday 14th September
Day 1
Arrive into Dublin on Saturday morning, then head to your hotel via AirCoach to drop your bags.
The afternoon see's the Two Day Irish Champions Festival start at Leopardstown. A fabulous 8 Race Card featuring 5 Group 1 Races including the Royal Bahrain Champion Stakes and the Coolmore America ‘Justify’ Matrons Stakes, kicks off the weekend.
As well as the top class racing, it is accompanied by superb food, live entertainment, family fun and fashion.
General Admission
General Enclosure tickets give access to the entire racecourse enclosure including the lower level of the Grandstand. Children under 18 years of age are admitted free of charge on all race days, when accompanied by a paying adult.

The weekend welcomes racing fashions that add theatre and colour to one of the social occasions of the year. Equally the weekend encourages the comfort of chic casual or pared-down elegance, so you can relax and enjoy this important sports weekend.
Transfers
Experiences include return racecourse transfers to The Curragh on the Sunday (via the Irish National Stud).
Payment Information
All Irish Champions Festival experiences can be booked with just a 10% deposit.
Please note this is a non refundable deposit.
A further payment of 20% is due 2 months after your date of booking.
The final balance is then not due until 30th June 2024.
If booking closer to the date of travel payment may be required to be made in full at time of booking.
