We all love going to Cheltenham to witness the event live, but sometimes we can't escape for all 4 days, so we created "Cheltenham in the City" to make sure you can still watch the "Greatest show on Turf" with your friends, but this time, from the comfort of your own table in a stunning location in central London.

Is there an alternative menu to cater for dietary requirements such as vegetarian / vegan?

Are other drinks available during Guinness Reception?
Yes - beer, cider, house wine and soft drinks are all available.
Are other drinks available instead of bottle of wine?
Yes, the bottle of wine can be exchanged for beer or cider.
What time does the venue shut?
The event officially ends at 7pm but the venue will remain open until late.
Will I be able to place a bet in person at the event?
There will not be an on-site bookmaker, guests will be encouraged to place bets online. Additionally, there will be a live tipping competition throughout the day.
Will I have a private table for my group?
We aim to provide all groups with private tables but this cannot be guaranteed.
Can I request an invoice for payment?
Yes, we can produce an invoice so that payment can be made via bank transfer.
