Our Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe experiences can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, should you wish to extend your time in Paris or head on to another destination afterwards, we can help! Please find an example itinerary for our two night experience below.
Saturday 4th October 2025 | Travel to Paris
- Depart from London St Pancras on a direct Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord (Eurostar upgrades or flights are also available)
- Upon arrival into Paris you can choose to add on our optional station to hotel transfers, else make your way to your hotel.
- You'll have the rest of the day at leisure to explore Paris, or head to Longchamp for Saturday's raceday.
- On Saturday evening, if included in your experience, you are invited to join us at our Celebrity Drinks Evening, attended in previous years by Frankie Dettori, Jim Crowley and other racing celebrities.
Sunday 5th October 2025 | Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe
- After a relaxed morning at the hotel you'll be collected and transferred to Longchamp for the main raceday of the weekend, the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe.
- Enjoy a full days racing with no less than 9 races.
- All experiences receive a free ticket upgrade to the Winning Post enclosure, or should you wish you can upgrade to hospitality.
- Following the conclusion of the racing you'll be transferred back to your hotel where you'll have the remainder of the evening at leisure.
Monday 6th October 2025 | At Leisure / Return Home
- Depending on the time of your Eurostar home you can spend some of the day exploring Paris and visiting some of the city's main attractions.
- If you wish you can add on our optional hotel to station transfer, else make your way back to Gare du Nord to catch your Eurostar home (or flight).
Eurostar Travel / Flights
Our experiences to the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe typically include return Eurostar travel from London St Pancras to Paris Gare du Nord.
We offer a range of train times, allowing guests to travel at the timings that best suit their plans for the weekend.
Travel is based in Standard Class, however upgrades are available to Standard Premier & Business Premier for a supplement.
For those that would prefer to fly we can either remove the Eurostar from your experience or include flights to Paris. We can also include airport transfers upon arrival into Paris from either o the city's airports.

Saturday 4th October 2025 | Saturday Raceday
The Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe weekend kicks off on Saturday with an action packed racecard full of top quality racing!
There are no fewer than five group races, including two Group 1 contests, the Qatar Prix du Cadran and Qatar Prix de Royallieu. Although a slightly quieter day at the racecourse this day is not to be missed for the avid racing fan as some of the top horses and jockey get this Parisian weekend underway!
Sunday 5th October 2025 | Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe
The racing continues on Sunday with the main event, the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, Europe's richest race! But this isn't the only high quality action on the track, with four other Group 1 races including the Prix de l'Abbaye for the top sprinters!
This raceday is not to be missed and simply has to be ticked off the bucket list for every racing fan!
Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe Dress Code
Although there is no formal dress code at Longchamp, the day is all about grandeur and tradition, so why not make sure your outfit matches the atmosphere?
Gentlemen might wear a smart suit and tie or even a bowtie, coupled with smart shoes.
Ladies might go for a sophisticated dress or a chic ensemble, paired with matching accessories for an extra shot of glamour.
It is recommended to take note of the weather, as parts large parts of the racecourse are outside and exposed to the elements.
