Step 1: Find your desired Racing Experience

If you have a Monetary Voucher, browse the Racing Breaks website to find your perfect break!

If your vou have a Gift Experience Voucher, simply search for the perfect experience on If your experience of choice is no longer available or you see a different experience you’d prefer - not a problem! You are welcome to use the monetary value of the voucher towards any experience on if you wish.

FAQ's - Monetary Vouchers

What can I use my voucher for? 

You can use your monetary voucher to purchase any ticket or experience available on the website.


If the product you choose is a higher value than the voucher, you can simply pay the difference.


If the product you choose is a lower value than the voucher, you can use the remaining amount for other products in future within the expiry date given.


Can I use a voucher towards a booking already in place?

No, you can't use a voucher towards a current booking. Vouchers can only be used for new bookings. Only one discounted voucher can be used on any one booking.


What will I receive when buying a voucher by Post?

You will receive a smartly packaged gift card enclosed within a voucher wallet. The gift card will be accompanied by information on how to redeem the voucher. 


All Gift cards will be sent out 1st class and will arrive within 2 working days including Saturday. During the Christmas period this time frame can be slightly extended.

What will I receive when buying a voucher by email?

You will receive an email with a downloadable pdf voucher attached within minutes of your purchase. The pdf voucher can be printed out or sent to the recipient and will have the monetary amount and also instructions on how to redeem the voucher. 



How long are vouchers valid for?

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date or purchase. 


You are able to book an event that takes place after this date but the voucher must be redeemed and a booking made before the expiry date. If the voucher is not used before this date the voucher is no longer valid and is non-refundable.

Can I get a refund? vouchers are completely non-refundable. If an event is cancelled or postponed you will receive a credit voucher for the amount you used to make the booking.


I have been given a voucher but I am unable to use it, can I give this to someone else?

Vouchers can be regifted to another person. You will need to make Racing Breaks aware of this change before they can be redeemed. This change will need to be done  at least 10 days prior to the date of the event/race day.



How to redeem your voucher?


To redeem your voucher please call 0800 193 6646 to speak to a sales consultant. All vouchers must be redeemed with and can not be redeemed directly with any racecourse.

Can I use my experience voucher for another event or tickets?


Yes you can use the value of the experience to book any ticket or event on the website. Our dedicated sales consultants can talk you through all the available options and give recommendations depending on where and when you wanted to attend.
