There are a number of hotels within close proximity to the racecourse but all come at a price which some may be happy to agree to for the short journey to and from the racecourse however, there are a number of nearby hotels which offer the perfect place to rest your head (and your feet for that matter) after a thrilling day of racing action.

These hotel experiences include return transfers from the hotel to the racecourse via coach. If you add additional racedays to your experience we will include these transfers on each day you attend the Cheltenham Festival.
Transfers timings will be confirmed closer to your date of travel but as a guide will depart Stratford-upon-Avon at approximately 10:00am and return 45 minutes after the conclusion of the final race.
All Cheltenham Festival experiences can be booked with just a £50 per person deposit. A further payment of £50.00 per person is due 2 months after the date of your booking in order to finalise your ticket requirements. The final balance is then not due until Friday 7th January 2022.
