NON - FESTIVAL Bus Service

Unfortunately due to fluctuating demand we no longer operate a direct coach service to Punchestown outside of the festival dates. Any exceptions to this will be notified via Twitter and Facebook but please feel free to contact the Punchestown office should you have any queries. We would suggest that a bus to Naas (2 miles from racecourse) and a taxi from one of the two ranks on the main street is the best option. There is a very helpful website called www.gethere.ie that can assist in your transport query. The following companies operate services from Dublin City centre to Naas main street: www.jjkavanagh.ie www.dublincoach.ie www.buseireann.ie

By Rail

Irish Rail operate a service from Dublin's Heuston Station to Sallins (just outside Naas). During the festival there will be a shuttle bus service in operation which will transfer passengers to Poplar Square in Naas for free. From there the raceday bus will collect (from €5) or a taxi direct to the track should be around €10 - €15.

Dress Codes

What to wear

There is no dress code at Punchestown. So dress up or dress down, it's up to you. Those attending hospitality pavilions tend to wear smart casual but most wear suits. However, how often do you get a chance to get dressed in your finest?
