Gentlemans Kingmaker Chase Day

08 February 2020

Overview

Head to Warwick on Gentleman's Day and don your best suits for one of our best feature races of year, The Betway Kingmaker Chase.

Make sure you and the boys are looking dapper and polish those shoes to be in with a chance of being one of the best dressed men on site.

We are excited to announce our first confirmed prize for the Best Dressed Man competition. The winner will be given the chance to have a brand new BMW X3 to drive for a weekend of their choice thanks to Rybrook BMW. More prizes to be announced soon.

Plus, don't look back in anger at the day and enjoy live music from an Oasis tribute band throughout the day.

Live music from The Peas will welcome racegoers into the course, with Stilt Walkers in attendance throughout the day.

A great fun day out for everyone, with brilliant racing that provides crucial stepping stones to the Cheltenham Festival and Aintree. A right royal raceday!

Enclosures

Where to be for the best views

Warwick has an open enclosure policy, and all race goers in the main enclosure can use all the facilities. This includes the modern grandstand, with its excellent views of all the racing action. There is also access to the parade ring, winners enclosure, non reservation restaurant facilities, and all bars. The 1707 Restaurant is located next to the Grandstand, and overlooks the winning post. The restaurant has a capacity of 150 guests, so smaller parties of race goers can book a table for a whole meeting, enjoy silver service of good food, while watching the racing action. On the second floor of the grandstand, the Kingmaker Restaurant offers up to 50 guests all day reservations, good food, and superb views of the racecourse. The Chandler Seafood Restaurant offers a non reservation facility serving seafood dishes with a selection of hand picked champagnes and wines. The Dukes Bar is one of several well stocked and atmospheric bar facilities in the main enclosure.
