Located just outside of Bracknell and Wokingham it is just a 15 minute transfer to Ascot making it the perfect location to stay during a trip to the racecourse.
Our experiences are based on rooms in the Mansion House which offers peaceful and spacious accommodation. The classically furnished bedrooms feature large comfortable beds, spacious en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers guests a choice of dining - the welcoming Terrace Restaurant offers a relaxing sanctuary. Soaring ceilings and vast glass expanses achieve a chic contemporary atmosphere while friendly attentive staff anticipate your every need. Committed to serving the finest local and seasonal produce, prepared in a stylish yet simple manner, its dishes will captivate your senses.
Guests can also dine in the atmospheric, cosy Grill 1864. This restaurant serves a modern Grill menu and quirky wine list. Ideal for both a special occasion or a great steak and glass of wine, the Grill celebrates the construction of the Mansion House in 1864. Between Grill 1864 and The Terrace there is access to the covered terrace and outside patio areas.
Guests can also enjoy afternoon tea in the lounge or orangery, or grab a drink in the classically decorated Country House Bar.

Queen Anne Enclosure - Included as standard
Watch the horses from the Pre-Parade Ring, Parade Ring and unsaddling area before seeing the action unfold from the raised covered terrace of the Grandstand, trackside lawns or even by the rails. There is free entertainment to enjoy from live music to themed race day.
On the Grandstand concourse and picturesque surrounding lawns, there are an array of bars serving Champagne, cocktails, wine or beer, plus a host of restaurants and food concessions to enjoy a leisurely lunch or afternoon tea. Picnics are also welcome. Please visit Ascot's Picnic Policy for details. The Dress code here is less formal than the King Edward VII Enclosure.
Winning Post Enclosure - +£15 per person
Located on the ground floor at the West End of the Grandstand, the Winning Post Enclosure offers racegoers an exclusive enclave close to the winning post. Private viewing lawns and garden terraces are available to relax, while the Pre-Parade Ring, Parade Ring and beautiful unsaddling area are located close-by too.
There is also exclusive bars, restaurants and lawns to enjoy, and full Queen Anne Enclosure access too, if desired. Guests can bring a picnic to enjoy in the enclosure’s picnic lawn. Picnic Policy and Dress Codes apply.
King Edward VII Enclosure - +£59 per person
The King Edward VII Enclosure is the premier public admission ticket on all race days, outside of Royal Ascot, providing racegoers exclusive fourth-floor access, with covered seats offering great views of Parade Ring and track. Racegoers will also be able to enjoy an even wider selection of bars and restaurants.
Guests can also access all the facilities of the Queen Anne Enclosure.
